Support Sally Ratrie

Sally Ratrie has been a vital member of the Innovation Works family since its inception. From shaping our cohort programs to building out our operations, her leadership and dedication played a key role in our growth. She closed out her employment with us as Director of Operations and Culture, helping to strengthen the foundation of our work.

Now, it’s our turn to support her.

In 2022, Sally was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease, and she is now in End-Stage Renal Disease, undergoing dialysis while awaiting a life-saving kidney transplant. Those who have worked closely with Sally know her dedication to others. Now, we have an opportunity to rally around her as she has always shown up for us.
